Delivery & Liability Notice

By purchasing a container and accepting delivery, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Customer is solely responsible for ensuring the delivery site is accessible, safe, level, and capable of supporting the weight and dimensions of the delivery vehicle and container. Seller and its delivery contractors are not responsible for damage to driveways, concrete, asphalt, curbs, landscaping, sprinkler systems, underground utilities, septic systems, structures, or any other real or personal property resulting from access to or delivery at the requested site.

Once the container has been delivered, offloaded, or otherwise accepted by the customer or customer’s representative, all ownership, liability, risk of loss, maintenance, and responsibility for the container immediately transfer to the customer.

Seller shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, claims, accidents, structural failures, misuse, modifications, improper storage, loading, occupancy, transportation, or use of the container after delivery and acceptance. Customer assumes all responsibility and liability arising from possession, use, relocation, modification, or occupancy of the container after delivery.

By completing the purchase, customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from delivery, placement, ownership, or use of the container.
